The person who will take on the role of Sales and Customer Service Assistant will, among other things, be responsible for the following tasks: Reach out to customers from the previous year by phone or email; Submit price lists based on selected products, type of orders or type of customers; Produce sales contracts based on agreements and customer needs; Finalize agreements, request signatures on contracts and ensure effective tracking of payments; Answer clients' questions and assist them so that administrative procedures are completed as requested; Assist managers in their duties by performing any other related tasks deemed relevant. We are looking for a person who will demonstrate the following skills: Relevant training in the administration or office technology field; A dynamic attitude, a collaborative approach and strong communication skills; Outstanding organization skills, strong sense of initiative and adaptability; Ability to conduct regular follow-ups on all tasks to be performed; BILINGUALISM or very good communications skills in English will be required for the position; Good knowledge of the Office suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
